Praxis Care is one of the largest charities and respected providers of services, in Northern Ireland, providing support to people with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and dementia. With around 2,000 staff across NI, ROI, Isle of Man and England, Praxis has developed a strong reputation as an innovator with a commitment to providing person centred and tailored services to individuals with a broad spectrum of needs.
The Head of Corporate Compliance will be responsible for overseeing and managing Praxis governance compliance program. This role ensures Praxis adheres to legal standards, regulatory requirements and best practices in governance. The Head of Corporate Compliance will lead efforts in fostering a culture of compliance and ethical conduct across all levels of the organisation.
In order to be successful in the role, the Head of Corporate Compliance will have significant experience in corporate compliance, governance, legal, and/or risk management coupled with demonstrable successful experience of managing cross-functional teams and driving compliance initiatives across multiple departments.
