FT Youth Worker (Henry Smith programme)

The FT Youth Worker will successfully engage young people in a range of activities which build their aspiration, self-worth, confidence, self-belief, as well as their knowledge, skills and abilities.  They will have experience of utilising a range of methods and approaches which support young people to maximise their life chances.  They will have the ability to work one to one with young people, as well as facilitating group work across a broad range of themes, relevant to young people's needs.  They will have experience of working with young people from complex backgrounds, in a range of settings including community and school.  They will work in partnership with a PT Youth Worker to deliver the programme.
