FT & PT Youth Worker Posts (Bangor)
North Down Community Network

We run six youth clubs every week (Monday to Friday from 6:30PM to 9:00PM) with lots of activities. Whether it’s personal development, competitive dodgeball, or messy art and cooking sessions, there’s something for everyone! We also have special activities during summer, easter, and half-term breaks. Our goal is to help young people build better futures. We focus on education support and personal development experiences to help them become more resilient, self-aware, and healthier, giving them the skills and experiences they need to succeed in life.
Youth work is more than just keeping young people entertained. It takes enthusiasm, commitment, and consistency to build strong relationships and a supportive environment. We’re looking for youth workers who can connect with and inspire young people, creating an environment where young people feel empowered to achieve their dreams! This means creating and delivering activities that are fun and engaging, and that actually help young people learn something about themselves and/or the world around them.
