Young at Art is excited to be recruiting Freelance Artistic Support for our Education and Engagement Project Workshop Team. Each year, our Artistic Support colleagues play a key role in the successful delivery of workshops while, gaining valuable experience and enjoying the friendly, creative atmosphere of Young at Art’s Education and Engagement Projects

Our Artistic Support play a vital role in workshop delivery, ensuring the smooth running of the workshops, , ensuring inclusive and safe participation and observing key behaviours and feedback for evaluation purposes.

We particularly encourage applications from those who identify as underrepresented in the Arts, for example People of Colour and those who identify as being from ethnic backgrounds.

Safeguarding and other training will be provided in September, date to be confirmed. Successful candidates will need to attend and will be paid for their time.
