
Job Purpose
- To encourage and enable clients to achieve independence and reach their full potential.
- Assessing clients' needs and risks and setting goals to support their development.
- Assisting individuals in maintaining their tenancies to prevent homelessness.
- Coordinating with community services, housing teams, Northern Ireland Housing Executive, NIHE and mental health professionals.
- Supporting other team members when necessary, including assisting with group activities.
Essential criteria
- GCSE English and Mathematics Grades A – C or demonstrable equivalent e.g., Essential Skills Level 2 or a psychology degree or any allied health / social work qualification.
- Six months’ full-time experience or equivalent working in a Health & Social Care Environment, i.e., mental health, rehabilitation or learning disability.
- To be fully flexible adhering to assigned areas of responsibility as requested by the Floating Support Project Manager or delegated nominee.
- 1 years’ demonstrable working experience of working with Microsoft (MS) Office systems to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Possess a current and valid driving licence, with business insurance or have access to a form of transport that will permit the candidate to meet the requirements of the post in fulll.

- Proven Experience working in mental health.
