FLEXI SUPPORT WORKERS

MACS provides 24/7 supported housing for young people leaving care who are aged between 16 and 21.

The Flexi Team Support Workers will work across all Supported Housing sites to assist in Rota cover for annual leave, sick leave and vacant posts, across a range of days, nights and weekend shifts. They provide an accessible point of contact and promote the protection and safeguarding of young people living at MACS.

Posts Available: Full Time, Permanent Posts (x8)

Salary: £23,189 per annum

Benefits: MACS Pension contribution of 4% of salary; up to 24 shifts annual leave (including bank holidays); enhanced paid leave for Sick, Maternity and Carers leave; paid training days per year and Health Benefits.
