About the service: Pathways is a community based alternative education/EOTAS programme based in 3 centres across Belfast offering full-time education to 30 learners who have disengaged from mainstream education. The family support worker role will provide individually tailored support to our learners and their families whilst utilising local/regional resources to facilitate intervention strategies to increase engagement and promote positive community interactions.
