Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Estates Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our organisation's properties and facilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all estates-related activities, including property management, facilities maintenance, Health, and Safety compliance whilst ensuring the whole estate is fully compliant of all relevant regulations.
The Estates Manager will play a crucial role enhancing property management and create a safe and comfortable environment for our staff and stakeholders.
To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:
- Third level qualification in real estate management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in estates management, property management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial and operational data.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools.
