Location:  Action Mental Health, Belfast or Antrim

Hours: 35 per week

(Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:30 & Friday 08:30-15:15)

The Role:

The post holder will support the delivery of the Action Mental Health Workable (NI) Programme across the Co. Antrim and Greater Belfast areas.  The overall purpose of the post is to support individuals with mental health needs to sustain employment through the delivery of a comprehensive support package. In addition, support and assistance will also be provided to employers.

You will have (essential):

• Educated to NVQ, RQF Level 3 or equivalent
• Recent relevant experience of preparing individuals for employment or supporting people in employment.
• Experience of working with people from disadvantaged groups.
• Evidence of developing external networks to support the delivery of a programme / project
• A full current driving licence and access to a car. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
