Director of Employment Relations Services

The Labour Relations Agency are currently recruiting a Director of Employment Relations Services. The post holder will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the development of Agency policy and the delivery of the Corporate Plan. The successful candidate will lead the Agency’s work in improving employment relations, and will represent the Agency, where required, to Government, key stakeholders, media, and other relevant agencies across the UK and Ireland and globally.
