NI Hospice are seeking to recruit for a Director of Care and Quality Governance

The Role
The Director of Care & Quality Governance will be responsible for the provision of specialist palliative and end of life care within both the Northern Ireland Hospice and Children’s Hospice. As an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will contribute to driving forward clinical services, ensuring we continue to provide high quality care delivered through robust quality and governance frameworks. The successful candidate will lead their teams in the provision of the highest possible standards of care focusing on the quality, safety and effectiveness of care as well as the delivery of positive patient and family experiences.


The Organisation
The Northern Ireland Hospice is a local charity offering specialist respite, symptom management and end of life palliative care to infants, children, and adults across Northern Ireland.

CLMT 2 salary range (£73,500 to £97,125)

Hours:
37.5 hrs/wk Monday - Friday (with flexibility)

Location:
NI Adult Hospice, Somerton Road & NI Children’s Hospice, O’Neill Road

Reports to:
Chief Executive Officer

We anticipate that interviews for this post will be held week commencing 27th January 2025.
