Development Officer (Fixed Term)

This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a background in education, community relations, youth work or community development to join our team. NICIE is a Non-Departmental Public Body grant funded by the Department of Education to promote the development of Integrated Education. Due to increased demand for Integrated Education we have 2 fixed term posts for professionals who are keen to work in this field and to try something new. Reporting to a Senior Development Officer, these roles provide advice and assistance in dealing with general enquiries relating to Integrated Education. The work is wide ranging including providing support to existing Integrated schools as well as opportunities to undertake new projects to work towards the growth and expansion of Integrated Education. The roles provide a variety of openings to become involved in research, area planning of the schools estate, teacher professional learning, ethos development, representation, promotional activities, report writing and evaluations for a range of audiences.
