The Role

Working under the direction of the Shop Manager, the Deputy Shop Manager is responsible for sales and profit at the shop, complete customer service, store operations and team leadership. The Deputy Shop Manager is responsible for achieving retail targets by driving sales and delivering the greatest customer service possible to our customers. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstrable relevant experience in a retail environment including customer service focus and a hands-on approach
• Previous experience of cash handling and following financial procedures
