The House in the Wells is a male harm reduction hostel accommodation giving support and care for up to 24 homeless men with addiction issues and is situated close to the city centre of Derry~Londonderry. The House in the Wells provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year.

Essential Criteria

Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care 

Minimum of 5 years experience working with individuals with addiction problems

2 years supervision experience including administration and staff supervision.

2 years experience of harm reduction in a residential setting 

Experience of Managing staff

Knowledge of all relevant legislation including Supporting People requirements
