Duration: One year Fixed Term (ending 31/3/26). Possible extension dependent on funding / continuation of programme)
Annual Leave: 23 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays
The Confederation of Community Groups (CCG) is currently recruiting for the post of Community Support Worker (Neighbourhood Renewal).
The post holder will:
- Work in designated areas under the direction of CCG’s Community Development Manager and in partnership with local Community Associations.
- Assist groups with financial administration, monthly reporting and maintaining financial systems.
- Support groups in their annual strategic planning / review exercise and support the development and delivery of programmes.
- Provide funding support through identification and completion of applications and support groups in the production of their Annual Reports and Accounts.
- Facilitate access to training and support the development and review of appropriate policies and procedures.
