Community Support Worker, Belfast

Positive Futures currently has an exciting opportunity for a community support worker to join staff in the Better Together Project.

The role will involve supporting disengaged adults with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and get involved in their local communities through a combination of group work and mentoring support. This may involve supporting people to achieve their goals and to travel independently and to access community events and activities.

Fixed term until 30 September 2018 initially

14 hours per week
