We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team and be part of a community-based approach to mental health and wellbeing services. You will deliver individual and group support services, improving people’s mental health and wellbeing, and supporting self-management and community connections. Overall Purpose of the Job:

To actively contribute to the development of LIPS community-based wellbeing service provision, including the management of crisis intervention and counselling referrals. 

The Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner role will work in collaboration with partner agencies to support individuals, their families and local communities to build resilience and address needs of social, emotional and mental wellbeing. Within this role you will offer the right support, at the right time, to address risk factors and promote protective factors.
