Compassionate Communities NI is a community development project of Foyle Hospice, committed to improving social and practical support for people living with advanced illness and frailty, carers and people living with bereavement. The project is seeking an experienced community development professional to engage key partners and stakeholders, locally and regionally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tailoring support, delivering training and education to co-develop more resilient communities.
The successful candidate will have:
• Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English Language and Mathematics at grade C or above or equivalent.
• Experience of working on community-based projects
• A proven track record of delivering training and/or learning workshops/educational activities
