Essential Criteria
3rd Level qualification or a Level 5 Diploma in a relevant discipline
Experience in developing, facilitating and monitoring community based projects
Practical experience of working in partnership with the community and with other professionals
Practice in managing a team of staff and volunteers, including team meetings, supervisions and appraisal procedures
Understanding of financial systems including the ability to monitor budgets and report to funders and auditors
Experience of identifying and applying for relevant funding that matches the objects of the centre
Commitment to inclusion, cross community working and peace building
Desirable Criteria
Management training or qualification
Practiced at designing and delivering policies and procedures
Knowledge and experience of OBA
