Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange rooms for various programs ensuring they are organised and equipped with the necessary materials.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the hub including housekeeping tasks.
• Greet and welcome service users, visitors and community members by providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
• To assist with general inquiries by providing information and support.
• Oversee the scheduling, logistics and day to day operations of the programmes, activities and events ensuring they run smoothly and effectively
