Centre Manager/Leader

Ballinascreen Early Years require centre Manager/Leader to provide a safe high quality education and care for children of all abilities and backgrounds age 3-5 years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

Applicants must have a minimum Level 3 qualification in early years care and education and hold or be working towards a level 5 of the same discipline.

A minimum of 2 years proven experience of managing/leading within an Early Years setting have a good understanding of the DENI Curriculum and the ability

to fully implement all of its requirements, have a sound understanding of child development. and children`s needs.
