Caretaker / Cleaner (Full time / * Part-time)

Location:                    Ballybot House, 28 Corn Market, Newry

Duration:                   Permanent

Hours  :                       Full time (35 Hours per week – shift basis) or

* Part time (up to 20 Hours per week) 5.00 pm – 10.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday  

Salary:                        £21, 157 p.a. pro rata (£12, 090 for 20 hours)

Annual Leave:            23 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Essential Criteria :

Shift Work / Evening work required.

Candidates should be flexible, organised, physically fit for moving, lifting, bending etc.

Caretaking / DIY skills

Previous experience

Ability to prioritise workload and work under minimum supervision
