Responsibilities:

Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at promoting our services, events, and campaigns targeting men within our community.

 

Content Creation: Generate compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with our mission and brand identity.

 

Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Create and schedule regular posts, engage with our existing audience(s), and monitor relevant conversations and trends that may be beneficial to our charity.

 

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to raise awareness about male mental health issues, destigmatise seeking help, and promote our charity's services and resources effectively within the community. 

 

Partnership and Outreach: Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant organisations, influencers, community groups, and media outlets to expand our reach and amplify our message.

 

Event Promotion: In conjunction with management, coordinate the promotion of events, workshops, webinars, and fundraising initiatives organised by the charity, leveraging various marketing channels to maximize attendance and participation.

 

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and campaign effectiveness. Generate reports to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

 

Graphic Design and Multimedia: Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance our marketing materials and engage our target audience effectively.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the non-profit sector or mental health field.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences.

Proficiency in using social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Sensitivity to issues related to male mental health and a commitment to promoting mental well-being and gender equality.

Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software (desirable).

Access to transport. 

 

Salary: £22,050 - 30 Hours P/W
