Are you looking to gain experience working in policy and public affairs? Do you want to be involved in the campaign work of one of the country’s biggest charities?

BHF Northern Ireland are looking to recruit a Policy and Public Affairs Intern to provide research support to the wider team and support an ongoing policy development project. You’ll be involved in the development and planning of a number of policy projects and will provide support to the wider policy and public affairs team in event planning and public affairs delivery. 

Our award-winning policy and public affairs team in Northern Ireland is committed to beating heartbreak forever by ensuring our world class research is communicated to government and parliamentarians, this is a great opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience in a dynamic policy and public affairs team.

About you

You’ll show a willingness to learn and develop their skills and an eagerness to contribute to a team environment.

With a can do attitude you'll have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to get involved in key projects with the team and you'll be able to develop strong relationships with key contacts both within and outside of the organisation. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading charity and get some valuable hands on experience in policy and public affairs.
