Dunlewey Addiction Services Ltd (DAS) are seeking committed individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a voluntary board member, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of DAS, ensuring the organisation achieves its mission and objectives.
About Us:
Dunlewey has been providing specialist services to those experiencing addiction issues since 1987 . We offer a programme of psychotherapeutic interventions for those experiencing difficulties with their own, or other people’s addiction issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance: Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the organisation operates effectively and ethically.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the implementation of the organisation’s strategic plan.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor the financial performance of the organisation, ensuring resources are managed responsibly.
- Fundraising and Development: Support fundraising efforts and identify opportunities for financial growth and sustainability.
- Compliance: Ensure the organisation complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Board Meetings: Our BOD currently meet quarterly with Task and Finish groups meeting as necessary.
