A bit about the role

At Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our business.  As Assets Warden you will provide a great customer-focused service to our tenants.

A bit about you

You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in property, housing or community work and delivering a front-line customer focused environment preferably in a similar role.

You will also have a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages including  Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, demonstrated with examples on the application form.

You must have access to transport to meet the job requirements without reliance on public transport.
