YMCA North Down are recruiting for an After School & Play Work Deputy Manger to assist in leading a strong team of committed staff in the provision of our After School Club. This is a permanent position, 37.5 hrs per week

The overall role is to work alongside the ASC & Play Work Manager to provide leadership and management of North Down YMCA After School service. To support and assist in the management of the day-to-day operation of After School service to ensure a high level of care and customer service. To assist in motivating and management of the staff team, working closely with the Manager, admin support and Play Work supervisors.
