We require an Administration Assistant to work alongside the Project Manager, to provide support in administrative tasks such as assistance with weekly staff rotas, financial monthly returns, funding reports and their submissions.

Essential Criteria for the Role:

• Minimum of one years’ experience working in a busy administrative role or environment.

• Good literacy and numerical skills, with at least GCSE C grades or equivalent in English and Maths.

• Previous experience with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel, and Google Docs.

• Possess good organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

• Possess excellent communication skills.

• Possess excellent attention to detail.

• Possess a flexible approach to work, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.

 Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience of working in the Charity/Third Sector.
