The role

This is an exciting role with a variety of responsibilities, including developing engagement activities with workplaces and their employees across the Derry City and Strabane District Council area; developing a culture of sustainable travel behaviour and encouraging the use of cycling, walking, public transport and car-sharing.

About you

With a good standard of education, you will have experience of sustainable behaviour change and/or employee engagement project delivery in a workplace setting.  You will also have experience of leading group workshops and organising and running events.

You will have excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills, the ability to deliver engagement activities and promotional events and to motivate and enthuse others. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise and manage your own workload. You will also be IT literate and committed to the promotion of sustainable transport.
