Take GIANT STEPS for Mental Health in Northern Ireland! Join AWARE NI on Saturday, 17 May 2025, for Giant Steps, a spectacular Causeway Coastal Walk to raise vital funds and awareness for mental health services in Northern Ireland!

Set yourself a relaxing and mindful challenge for 2025 by joining Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI and Jennifer Greenlees on the May bank holiday Monday for a yoga, paddle-boarding and SUP yoga on the golden sands of Helen’s Bay beach.
