Zoom Networking Session: Supporting Intergenerational Connections this Christmas

Linking Generations Northern Ireland

Christmas is coming and it is likely to be very different this year, with the normal coming together of friends, families and communities made more challenging by the continued public health threat. Social isolation, loneliness and poor mental health are very real challenges to older and younger people throughout Northern Ireland right now. Linking Generations NI is hosting a network meeting via Zoom to spark up a conversation around how best we can, as a community, support those all important links between generations amidst the challenges of Covid-19 that we are likely to face this Christmas. We will be sharing and brainstorming ideas of ways that communities, practitioners, organisations and individuals can help generations connect whilst staying safe. Please do join us and be part of this conversation. To register, please email ken.irvine@bjf.org.uk who will give you the instructions to join the Zoom meeting.
