About SAIL Pilot Programme

In May 2021 the National Lottery Community Fund has awarded Autonomie a £426,182 grant to run a pilot project for isolated young people ages 16-30 years who have complex additional needs. This three year project is running a fun learning experience to help these vulnerable young people develop or improve basic independent living skills and empower them to live more independent and confident lives within their own communities. The project will operate in Antrim and Newtownabbey, Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon, Ards and North Down, Belfast City, Lisburn and Castlereagh, Mid and East Antrim, Newry Mourne and Down and Mid Ulster local council areas over the three year project.
