This skilled level course will look at liability for debt in changing relationships and how different circumstances and different relationships affect liability for debts.
By the end of this course you will be able to;
• Summarise different types and stages of relationships with regard to assets and financial
• Explain the linkage between insolvency and relationships
• Critically compare the rights and liabilities associated with formal and less formal relationships
• Summarise own agency’s signposting /referral protocols or procedures
• Summarise the levels of support provided by own agency
• Signpost or refer individuals for further support as required
