This live online course provides an opportunity to explore key factors to promote good practice in dealing with debt cases which includes; case management, referrals and quality frameworks, including support and supervision.
This is a core course for those seeking MaPS (Money & Pension Service ) accreditation at Advice Work Level or above.
The course is worth 9 CPD points under the MaPS Scheme and 12 CPD points under the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard.
Participants must have completed either the Wiseradviser Introduction to Providing Debt Advice Course or a similar equivalent.
