This two-day course provides an opportunity to explore key factors to promote good practice in dealing with debt cases which includes: case management, referrals and quality frameworks, including support and supervision.
Due to the recent developments with COVID-19 this course will now run via the online Zoom platform instead of face-to-face. Access instructions will be sent to you after you sign up.
This skilled level course is designed for advisers dealing with debt at all levels who want to provide a high quality, effective and measurable debt advice service. This course provides an opportunity to explore key factors to promote good practice in dealing with debt cases which includes: case management, referrals and quality frameworks, including support and supervision.
