This two-day, skilled-level course provides an opportunity to explore key factors to promote good practice in dealing with debt cases which includes: case management, referrals and quality frameworks, including support and supervision.
The course is designed for Advisers dealing with debt at all levels who want to provide a high quality, effective and measurable debt advice service. This course is accredited with OCNNI at level three and is worth 12 CPD points. This is a core course for those seeking MAS accreditation at Advice Work or above.
