This course provides an opportunity to explore the underpinning knowledge and practical skills required to be able to deliver effective supervision, in line with their agency standards, the Money and Pension Service standards and the NI Quality standards.
Course Objectives
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Know the skills and boundaries required to supervise money advisers
- Understand how to communicate with advisers, of clients who are in debt
- Diagnose difficulties and implement solutions when supervising money advisers
