This course provides an opportunity to explore the underpinning knowledge and practical skills required to be able to deliver effective supervision, in line with their agency standards, the Money and Pension Service standards and the NI Quality standards.
This specialist level course is designed for Money Advice Supervisors, whether this comprises all or only part of their role. Course Objectives:
By the end of this course you will be able to:
1. Understand the skills and boundaries required to supervise money advisers
2. Understand how to communicate with money advisers in a supervisory context
3. Know how to problem solve when supervising money advisers.
