Wiseradviser: Effectively Challenging Utility Debt

The course enables trainees to negotiate with creditors using the Codes of Practice to which those Creditors subscribe. It will also examine water reform. This course is accredited with OCNNI at Level Three.
Wiseradviser courses are appropriate to anyone currently working with vulnerable clients facing financial difficulties. All Wiseradviser courses are free to organisations providing free and impartial money and debt advice. To find out if you qualify for free training contact wiseradviser@adviceni.net.
All attendees MUST book their place online at www.wiseradviser.org and not using the Advice NI website. A notification e-mail will be sent once a booking request is received. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail advising them of their course place. Should a place no longer be required it MUST be cancelled via the wiseradviser website (see cancellation policy).
