Wiseradviser: Court Action for Enforcement of Judgements Office

This course will equip money advisers with knowledge of the process for enforcing a debt. This is a specialist level training course and is primarily aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of a skilled money adviser. This course is designed to build upon knowledge gained in the Debts & Courts course. It will outline where an intervention to negotiate, advocate and formally represent by the lay advocate can be actioned at enforcement stages. This course is for skilled advisers wishing to learn more on the jurisdiction of courts in debt cases. Participants should already work at Skilled Level before attending this course.
