VOLT Session: Welcoming Back Volunteers Safely & Effectively

Volunteer-Involving organisations far and wide will understand, and may have even stood down volunteers at different stages during the pandemic. In fact, some organisations may only be beginning to welcome back volunteers to ‘pre-pandemic’ roles which have not been possible to date.

As organisations welcome back volunteers, we will be hearing about how we can and have welcomed back volunteers, ensuring they are confident, compliant, and most importantly that they felt safe when returning.
