Upstander and Bystander training focuses on empowering individuals to move from being passive observers of negative situations to actively taking steps to intervene or support those affected.

Upstander and Bystander training focuses on empowering individuals to move from being passive observers of negative situations to actively taking steps to intervene or support those affected.

This training aims to cultivate a culture of responsibility and action in the face of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or other forms of harm.

Bystanding involves witnessing a situation without taking action, often leading to inaction that can perpetuate harm, while Upstanding involves recognising the need for intervention and actively taking steps to address or prevent harm, promoting safety and justice.

We are holding two sessions of this training on Thursday 3rd October in our offices. You do not need to attend both sessions.
