This 90-minute nutshell course will refresh, inform and update learners on Universal Credit calculations and will include detail on the following:
    • How to perform manual calculations
    • How to build entitlement to SDP transitional amounts within the calculation
    • How to forecast transitional protection
    • Tricky points to look out for (like carers/LCW clashes and “permitted works”)
