This 90-minute nutshell provides learning for advisers to ensure that inappropriate conditionality is not imposed and to help with challenging sanction decisions when something goes wrong.

Who Should Attend

This course has been designed for advisers and others working in the area of Social Security who wish to give the most effective advice and challenge decisions.

A baseline knowledge in Universal Credit is recommended before enrolling
