This course invites an introspective look at your personal experiences and how this may have left an imprint in many other areas of your life.

For managers and staff who wish to develop a holistic understanding of trauma, both in themselves and their colleagues. This will be guided from a unique and authentic perspective.

 

By the end of the course learners will:

  • have explored what is trauma, and what it is not
  • be able to identify the development of unconscious patterns and programmes
  • know how to develop healthy thinking patterns
  • understand how psychology and biology are linked
  • comprehend the impact of trauma on the nervous system
  • have explored how to use practical tools and techniques that can be applied in order to improve overall well being.

 

Method of Delivery: Face-to-Face at the ARC NI Office, McSweeney Centre, Henry Place, Belfast BT15 2AY

Cost: Voluntary/Community & Private FREE | Statutory Provider £90
