Course Objectives
The course will explore the key characteristics of autism and how they may impact an autistic person. The course will explore the range of barriers that autistic people may experience when accessing healthcare and how medical professionals can build an inclusive and accessible approach within their service provision.
Please note: The session will be facilitated on the Zoom platform. Registered delegates will receive a link to access the session approximately 48 hours before the session to enable access. The virtual training will be fully interactive and will include opportunities for discussion and question and answer sessions.
