Develop your skills and knowledge to design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
In Person - Housing Rights, The Skainos Centre.
This is an informal course to help you improve your training delivery skills. Over two days you will learn how to structure and deliver engaging sessions. You also have the opportunity to gain a Level 3 OCN accreditation.
This course is split over the course of 2 days - 8 and 22 November.
What we will cover
- planning and structuring a training event
- identifying appropriate training methods and resources
- using online platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- developing techniques to facilitate and motivate adult learners
- how to manage group dynamics
- techniques to end and evaluate a training session
- an opportunity to practice your own training skills
