- Universal Credit awareness with a focus on changes within that system for survivors of domestic violence and abuse
- Child Benefits, Maintenance and family benefits
- Emergency grants/payments for those in crisis, particularly those moving home
- Housing, Homelessness and emergency help
- Employment rights for survivors of domestic violence and abuse.
- The right to sever financial records/credit information from a former partner and associated money advice/debt issues
- Defining and understanding different forms of abuse
- How to have support based conversations with those who make disclosures
- Where to signpost clients for detailed advice and support on all the above

This course has been designed for all generalist advisers and/or anyone who provides support to survivors.
