This online course will explore what differences or challenges can be experienced by autistic teenagers as they increase independence. It will provide practical ideas that can be used in your professional role to support transition to independence​, particularly in the areas of routines and organisation, body awareness and hygiene, emotions and relationships.

Course aim

This 3 hour course will explore what differences or challenges can be experienced by autistic teenagers as they increase independence. It will provide practical ideas that can be used in your professional role to support transition to independence​, particularly in the areas of routines and organisation, body awareness and hygiene, emotions and relationships.

Please note: The session will be facilitated on the Zoom platform. Registered delegates will receive a link to access the session approximately 48 hours before the session to enable access. The virtual training will be fully interactive and will include opportunities for discussion and question and answer sessions.

Training cancellation policy

A booking cancellation can be made at any time up to 5 working days before the workshop at a cost of 50% of the booking. For notice of less than 5 working days, you will be invoiced for the full cost of the booking.
