• The requirements to access benefits for EEA nationals in Northern Ireland.

• The Right to Reside Test and Habitual Residence Test for each specific benefit

• The main groups that can satisfy the right to reside test and the strengths of each group in terms of entitlement.

• The Process for Non EEA Nationals, Exceptions and No Recourse to Public Funds

• Asylum, Refugee and Humanitarian Leave issues
