- The requirements to access benefits for EEA nationals in Northern Ireland.
- The Right to Reside Test and Habitual Residence Test for each specific benefit
- The main groups that can satisfy the right to reside test and the strengths of each group in terms of entitlement.
- The Process for Non EEA Nationals, Exceptions and No Recourse to Public Funds
- Asylum, Refugee and Humanitarian Leave issues

This course is for Advice Workers or others working with EEA and Non EEA nationals who wish to develop or refresh their knowledge of benefit entitlement in this area.
